★★Floor Plan: Upon entry you will be in the family room, which is connected to the dining area and kitchen.  Both bedrooms will be on your left.  The master, with a private bath, has a king bed; the rear bedroom has a queen bed.  The rustic modern decor creates an atmosphere suitable for romance and families alike. The cabin features water and foothill views, an open floor plan, 9' ceilings, a fireplace, a fire pit by the water, a well-stocked kitchen.  One king bedroom + one queen bedroom + two baths.  The king bedroom and the family room are both equipped with Smart TVs.  You will need to supply your own streaming service, but we supply high-speed Internet that will support it (many properties in this area have satellite; ours is wireless).

★★Outdoor areas: Small front sitting area, large rear deck with hot tub, and fire pit + chairs by the water.

★★Setting: Our cabin is situated with a stunning view of a lake and the neighboring hills.  

★★We are located in a wooded neighborhood with unpaved roads (about 1/4 mile off of paved roads).  

★★Smart Home: You will check-in with a smart lock using a provided keypad combination.  The property is equipped with a Nest thermostat and a security system (used only when the property is vacant between guests).  

★★Only suitable for small groups seeking a peaceful getaway: WE HAVE NEIGHBORS, SO THIS CABIN IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN SIX OR FOR GROUPS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING OTHER THAN A QUIET AND RELAXING GETAWAY.

★★Pets: With a $75 pet fee per stay, up to two well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. permitted. Please note, however, that this cabin has white pillows, bedding and a cream rug in the family room, so please wipe paws and ensure that your pup is fully house trained.

★★Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited and subject to a $500 fine.

★★You'll have access to the entire cabin and property.

★★IMPORTANT: Please note that this property DOES NOT HAVE WATER ACCESS (ONLY A BEAUTIFUL VIEW), so unfortunately, you'll have to go to the Shenandoah River (2-8 minutes) or Lake Arrowhead (30 minutes) for fishing.  PLEASE ALSO NOTE that guests with children stay at their own risk.  There is no access to the lake from the rear of the property, but we are located very close to the shore.

★★This cabin is located in a rural neighborhood with other cabins/houses.  Walking distance (though not on smooth pavement) to Shenandoah River Outfitters.

Located in a rural neighborhood with an unpaved road, the property is about 2 minutes from the Shenandoah River Outfitters, 8 minutes from the Bixler's Ferry Boat ramp to the Shenandoah River, 20 minutes to Luray Caverns and the Luray Walmart, and 30 minutes to the Shenandoah National Park.  

★★People visiting Page County from a distance should know that the region has wonderful activities, scenery, wineries and more, but it is a rural area comprised of small towns. This property is quiet and secluded, though within 30 minutes of most of the attractions in the Shenandoah region!  Also, Uber and Lyft are not available in Page County.

★★For handicapped guests, please note that the front entrance is a bridge rather than stairs, but the driveway is gravel and there are areas inside the cabin that are not wide enough for wheelchairs (mostly around the dining area into the kitchen).
